General Description

KUNG FU FXBG serves the community in the Fredericksburg, Va region with instruction in the Moy Tung Ving Tsun Kung Fu System, for health & self-defense. Ving Tsun (wing chun) training gives a great full-body workout, plus develops good self-defense skills. Beginner classes are taught separately to men & women, ages 14+. Students can do the 30" non-contact Kung Fu Conditioning Class, or one-hour classes in the Complete Ving Tsun System, including two-person exercises and technique applications.
