Welcome to O’Neill’s Penny Lane Pub. We’ve been around since 1979 and in this location since November, 2003. Terry, Rose, Terence, and Lisa (and in a few years, Kate, Evan, and Landon) welcome you to their bit of Liverpool in Richmond, VA. Come in, have a bite or a pint.
