I specialize in helping individuals with trauma especially women who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, overthinking, and relationship challenges. Most of clients come from previous therapists and feel that I get to the root of their problems. I utilze EMDR and trauma informed techniques.
