He has over two decades of banking industry experience and joined TowneBank in 2009. Chas has an MBA from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia. He is also a graduate of the VBA School of Bank Management and of the CIVIC Leadership Institute. He currently serves on the Board and Executive Committee of Virginia Beach Vision, is a Community Advisory Board member of the Virginia Beach City Public Schools, and was a former board member of Hampton Roads Workforce Development, Virginia Aquarium, Virginia Beach Central Business District Association, and the ODU Real Estate Foundation. “I believe in creating a sustainable future for our communities!”
