Chocolate Necessities has been importing the finest Callebaut Chocolates for use in our gourmet truffles and solid chocolates since 1987. We believe you won't find a smoother, creamier milk chocolate or richer, more layered dark anywhere. The choice to use Callebaut chocolate is the result of years of careful comparison of the world's finest chocolates. To preserve the unique flavor and smoothness of the Callebaut, we add no additional sugar. Additional sugar would mask the rich, full-bodied flavor of the chocolate. Our goal is to give you the full range of chocolate flavor.
