We serve the Northshore communities in Bothell, Washington, from Canyon Park, Mill Creek and North Creek. Our team provides evidence based care to best serve these communities. We specialize in sports rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and helping patients improve their pain and function following a motor vehicle accident. We take a personal approach with each patient to make sure we understand how to best help the patient manage their individual condition. We are committed to serving our community and take part in supporting local high schools and businesses.
