The Flat Iron Grill Restaurant and Bar is located in the heart of Gilman Village. A unique Issaquah, WA restaurant in the shadow of Tiger Mountain. Here at Flat Iron Grill we take a lot of pride in the fact that all our food is made from scratch everyday by our outstanding culinary team. Nothing is bought pre-made except the ketchup! Fresh, local and creative Northwest dishes that include steaks, seafood and salads . Explore the wine wall featuring great wines from Washington and all over the world. There is definitely something on our list for everyone. Our unique bar, outdoor dining on our deck, and our private dining room are a few other amenities that we are pleased to offer. We have lunch and dinner daily. For those whiskey fans we have a comprehensive Whiskey Library featuring over 200 bourbons and american varieties. Our Happy hour features all food items at $3.00 off from 2pm – 6pm every day. This includes our steak salad, grilled artichoke, Kobe Rib burger and cebeche. Also included are great draught beers from Black Raven Brewery, creative and seasonal specialty cocktails, well drinks, and wines.
