Frankie enjoys integrating multiple modalities to offer clients a customized session that is adapted to individual needs. The goal of accessing the parasympathetic nervous system using strategic relaxation work is equally enjoyable as focused treatment work meant to soothe and release the fascia that can restrict functional movement. A session is a journey, not a destination. She works best with human beings that strive toward an embodied life, those individuals that are curious about their bodies and invest energy into caring for their health and wellbeing. I specialize in myofascial work that utilizes the body’s own movement for strategic release. My background as a martial artist and yoga practitioner has influenced my work just as much as my education. I utilize facilitated stretching (adapted from Thai bodywork) and eccentric movement (think the practice of push-hands) to encourage length and grace in the anatomy.
