Wabi-Sabi is named after a school of Japanese design celebrating simple and natural elegance. Nestled in Columbia City's historical district, Wabi-Sabi offers an intimate and contemporary dining experience. The menu focuses on fresh fish, traditional Japanese dishes, and imported sake and beer. We use an innovative approach to the artistry of Japanese sushi and Pan Pacific Rim cuisine. The restaurant features a full sushi menu, bento boxes, and udon noodle soup.
