Connect HR, focused on providing strategic hands-on human resources support, was launched in 2015 to round out our employer services capabilities; and later that year, through a merger with Albers & Company (Tacoma, WA), we expanded our capabilities and ability to serve our clients in the Northwest. Albers and Company, co-founded by Steve Albers in 1985, was similarly client centric with a compatible culture and shared values.
