Back in the 80's, Mario Lopez came to the US Pacific Northwest with the dream and vision of offering authentic home-style Mexican meals across the region and founded Tacos El Rey as a Taco-Truck business in Yakima, Washington. Mario developed an effective business model in order for it to be duplicated successfully. Today, his brothers and family continue to honor his name and legacy across the region with over 10 Tacos El Rey locations throughout Washington State, Oregon, and Idaho.
