General Description

I’m a counselor-in-training pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University. I work from a collaborative, compassionate, and holistic perspective, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, life transitions, and feelings of disconnection from themselves and others. I integrate psychodynamic, Jungian, somatic, mindfulness-based, family systems, existential, and experiential approaches to therapy. I am interested in nervous system regulation, trauma healing, meaning-making, men’s mental health, group work. My work emphasizes both inner and outer transformation, supporting clients in developing awareness of the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and bodily experiences that shape their lives. I have a special interest in working with individuals experiencing misophonia and other nervous system-based sensitivities. Before entering the counseling profession, I spent more than 25 years in the corporate world.
