General Description

I believe we all struggle at times. Regardless of the severity, if a problem is affecting your life, then you deserve an ally to help you work through it. Therapy is all about having a safe and compassionate place to figure out what you can and can’t control and focusing on changing the things that are within your control. My special interests include anxiety, ADHD and teaching coping skills like mindfulness. I also enjoy using art in therapy and have experience running groups through our Day Treatment program. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing life open up for clients once they’ve made a change. I love being a part of that process.
