Four Pines Physical Therapy has been service the surround communities since 1997. In 2017 Four Pines Physical Therapy opened in Alpine, Wyoming. We provide physical therapy services that support our community which includes post-operative and non-operative orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, fall prevention, physical therapy for back and neck pain, pelvic floor rehab for men, women and children and prenatal and postpartum rehab. We provide custom orthotics, video running analysis, video assessment of the barbell athlete and a physical therapy annual physical exam.
