Our bagels are baked the traditional New York Style way- first boiled and then baked to perfection on a stone hearth. (Boiling is the only way to obtain a crunchy crust and chewy center.) So..... in the event that you have any left over bagels left at the end of the day, you should slice and seal them in a freezer bag to ensure your continued satisfaction.
