Originally from Alexandria, Egypt, Dr. Omar earned her Doctor of Medicine with Academic Distinction from Weill Cornell Medicine in Qatar. She completed a General Surgery Residency with New York Presbyterian and a Trauma and Surgical Critical Care Fellowship with the University of Connecticut. “I aim to deliver the best and safest surgical care using the least invasive methods available.
