Dayuri Gallardo, APRN, is a certified nurse practitioner at Baptist Health and is fluent in English and Spanish. She began her medical career in 2004 as a family medicine physician in Venezuela. Joining Baptist Health in 2011, Dayuri served as a registered nurse in the ICU/PCU and a nurse practitioner at Homestead Hospital. Dayuri now provides annual wellness exams, acute care visits, medication management and chronic disease management to Baptist Health primary care patients.After earning a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Miami Dade College, she completed a family nurse practitioner master’s program at the University of Turabo, South Florida campus. With experience in both acute care and family practice settings, Dayuri has cared for patients with a variety of chronic and acute life-threatening medical conditions. She is committed to providing compassionate and reliable care to help her patients achieve the best outcomes possible.
