Kelly M. Seidler, O.D. is an optometrist seeing patients at the Wilmer Eye Institute’s location in Frederick, Maryland. She completed her two-year optometry residency training at The Eye Institute at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry of Salus University, with focus on diagnosis and management of neuro-ophthalmic disease and ocular disease. During her residency, she gained experience in working with various conditions including glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, uveitis, diplopia, optic neuropathies and dry eye.
